Rob Hayes,
High Performance

Rob Hayes is a dedicated and passionate rugby coach with over 25 years as a proud
member of the LRC. Rob has contributed to the club not only as a player and coach, but
also as an executive helping lead the teams to three provincial championships.

Rob currently runs the rugby program at R.E. Mountain Secondary School
(REMSS), where he develops young athletes and fosters a strong rugby culture built on
discipline, teamwork, and respect. In addition to his work at the school and club level,
Rob has spent five seasons coaching with the BC Bears, contributing to the
development of provincial-level talent and gaining valuable experience at the high-
performance level.
 

Rob has completed the Masters of High-Performance Coaching and Technical
Leadership from UBC. He is excited to use what he has learned in this program to foster
the development of High-Performance rugby players in the Fraser Valley.
 

Rob brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a deep love for the game to every
team he works with.
