Fraser Valley Rugby Union (FVRU) nine clubs consist of:

• Burnaby Lake RFC

• Chilliwack Crusaders RFC

• Langley RFC

• Richmond RFC

• Ridge Meadows Bruins Rugby 

• SFU RFC

• Surrey Beavers Athletic Association

• United Rugby (Tri-Cities, New Westminster)

These clubs participate in the BC Rugby league and offer programs for various age levels, from mini-rugby to senior men's and women's teams.
